25/03/2026: A pleasant surprise in this small Provençal village, run by Yuko and her sushi chef, who are authentic Japanese. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return as soon as we are back in this part of the Vaucluse.

21/03/2026: While strolling through the Saint Didier area today, we had come to photograph the cherry blossoms. At lunchtime, the reviews led us to Regalia Japon. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is! The restaurant is almost hidden on the main shopping street of Saint Didier. We received a very warm welcome from the waiter, who explained the history of the restaurant and its owner. We were pleasantly surprised to hear Japanese spoken and to discover the sushi master present. A truly immersive experience. We ordered the €32 set menu: miso soup and wakame salad. Then two tasting plates of sushi. A special mention goes to the seared salmon. We also ordered a scoop of matcha tea sorbet and another of yuzu sorbet. Everything was excellent: fresh ingredients, exceptional tastes and flavors, Japanese beer, and a wonderful mojito with yuzu liqueur. In short, nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. The only downside is that we're an hour's drive from this culinary gem in the Gard region. But we'll be back soon, we promise. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

28/03/2026: We stopped by on Saturday and received a very warm welcome. The staff were very pleasant and even freed up a table for us inside despite our late arrival. The pizza was delicious and served with a good bottle of St. Didier wine. I highly recommend this pizzeria.
