30/06/2025: The quality of the crepes is exceptional! Compared to all the creperies I've ever made, this one is by far the best. The crepe batters, buckwheat and wheat, and their cooking are excellent. Above all, keep your recipe and your products. 👍Bravo. 👏👏
25/06/2025: La Moisson in Sault is a charming place for a delicious lunch. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming, which immediately creates a nice atmosphere. The crêpes are delicious – freshly prepared and rich in flavour. Whether you fancy something sweet or savoury, you will definitely find something to your taste here. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

02/07/2025: Stayed for two days. The room has a very good large balcony with a view, overlooking the lavender fields in front. There is a slight floral scent in the breeze. This resort is recommended for self-driving tours. There is no better hotel in Sault.
28/06/2025: Top! Beautiful location, with a view of the mont ventoux. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner! Our dog was also welcome. We enjoyed it.

08/12/2025: The quantity was really lacking. Very disappointed, I ate there a few years ago and it was much better in my memory 🥴
25/11/2025: Good food, even very good food, with delicious dishes, though the portions could have been a little smaller. The wine list is also very well stocked. The service was friendly. Passing through in early November, we asked if Mont Ventoux was accessible, and the waitress did everything she could to find the correct information for us. Thank you.

01/09/2024: J’ai passé un merveilleux moment sur la terrasse de ce restaurant, située sur une place pittoresque. Le cadre est vraiment agréable et l’ambiance détendue. La nourriture était délicieuse, avec une attention particulière aux plats locaux. Je vous recommande vivement de goûter les vins de la région – ils sont excellents! Le personnel est super sympathique et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. C’est définitivement une adresse à ne pas manquer!

20/09/2023: Friendly and authentic hotel right in the wonderful Sault. I stayed there overnight after climbing Mount Ventoux on my racing bike. Check-in is possible as early as 3 p.m. The owner is extremely friendly and takes care of her guests. She also speaks English very well. Can highly recommend it.

04/08/2024: Well, surprised by the waiter's welcome, I went out of curiosity to look at the opinions and, unsurprisingly, I discovered the negative comments which confirmed my feelings. In short, there is better in terms of service, cleanliness, welcome. Go look elsewhere

21/08/2024: Le sort semble s’acharner sur cette boulangerie dont les propriétaires ont changes un nombre considérable de fois.
Une constante cependant : Accueil déplorable et mauvais pain.
Heureusement il existe à Sault d’autres moyens pour se procurer du pain que ces gens odieux et incompétents.
11/08/2024: We ordered a double chocolate birthday cake, which was delicious, well decorated, plentiful. Pretty “happy birthday” plaque in marzipan. Good value for money.
