09/10/2024: Very inconspicuous from the outside, a very nice restaurant opens up inside with a great terrace. Our food (ravioles truffée) was excellent and the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

20/09/2023: Friendly and authentic hotel right in the wonderful Sault. I stayed there overnight after climbing Mount Ventoux on my racing bike. Check-in is possible as early as 3 p.m. The owner is extremely friendly and takes care of her guests. She also speaks English very well. Can highly recommend it.

01/09/2024: We spent a weekend at the Val de Sault estate for a family celebration. The area is peaceful and the rooms are very pleasant. The owners are adorable and accommodating. We also fell in love with the swimming pool and the restaurant, the renovation was very successful!
Delighted to have found this place, which allowed us to meet in very good conditions.
26/08/2024: A hotel recently taken over by a young couple who have brought this exceptional site back to life. Excellent for peacefully enjoying an exceptional sporting or family moment... The table with local products is to be had 👌👌.. We recommend 👌👌

01/09/2024: J’ai passé un merveilleux moment sur la terrasse de ce restaurant, située sur une place pittoresque. Le cadre est vraiment agréable et l’ambiance détendue. La nourriture était délicieuse, avec une attention particulière aux plats locaux. Je vous recommande vivement de goûter les vins de la région – ils sont excellents! Le personnel est super sympathique et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. C’est définitivement une adresse à ne pas manquer!
15/08/2024: Price a little high for the "room" service from another time. The passage to Ventoux is profitable for them.

12/10/2024: Dish of the day, just assembled from the metro fridge truck..... And above all, waiters who pack up and make fun of customers next to the other tables. No respect and professionalism. He's just enjoying being in the right place. To flee.

21/08/2024: Le sort semble s’acharner sur cette boulangerie dont les propriétaires ont changes un nombre considérable de fois.
Une constante cependant : Accueil déplorable et mauvais pain.
Heureusement il existe à Sault d’autres moyens pour se procurer du pain que ces gens odieux et incompétents.
11/08/2024: We ordered a double chocolate birthday cake, which was delicious, well decorated, plentiful. Pretty “happy birthday” plaque in marzipan. Good value for money.

04/08/2024: Well, surprised by the waiter's welcome, I went out of curiosity to look at the opinions and, unsurprisingly, I discovered the negative comments which confirmed my feelings. In short, there is better in terms of service, cleanliness, welcome. Go look elsewhere
