25/09/2024: In Vaison-la-Romaine, this town where every stone breathes history, hides a sweet sanctuary, a place of worship for initiated taste buds: the Peyrerol patisserie. Pronounce this name in a low voice and you will see the eyes of the locals light up with lust and the smiles appear like greedy confessions. Today, rather than describing the sumptuous display of golden pastries, fine chocolates and ice creams with surprising flavors like blueberry or violet, let me tell you about a tiramisu that is as daring as it is refined. Imagine, first of all, a light mascarpone cream, soft as a caress, neither too sweet nor too strong. Each spoonful plunges into a fragrant cloud, subtly “punched” (I have always loved this culinary term ☺️) of a coffee syrup with deep aromas, flirting with the intoxicating notes of alcohol, without one or the The other never dominates, like a discreet whisper. It’s a delicate waltz between the voluptuousness of mascarpone and the measured intensity of coffee, in short: a perfect harmony. Then, on top, crunchy shards of lightly roasted pecans dance. 25/08/2024: Big big disappointment! Despite an exceptional steak tartare... served with reheated, shriveled and hard fries... A very mediocre charcuterie board to share... 4 slices of sausage, 8 slices of rolled breast, 2 slices of raw ham... and lots of pickles!!! No salad, no cherry tomatoes seen in a photo, no pâté... and to top it off, slices of stale bread that seemed to have been taken from one table to another... ending up on ours ! An eggplant and goat cheese puff pastry that was too iced, which prevented me from finding any flavor in it... It was our 4th visit, the previous ones having been very convincing... It would have been the last! Too bad, because the site is attractive, despite the fact that the restaurant is located in an artisanal area!

06/08/2024: Delicious food! Great price/quality! Nice place to sit! (Although the parking space is a bit of a deterrent) Worth the effort! We will go back there again :)

16/08/2024: Een heerlijke plek. In een rustig gelegen gedeelte. Net voorbij de Bovenstad. Super bediening maar vooral ook heerlijk gegeten. Mooi opgemaakte borden en heerlijk verse producten. Fijne smaken zonder ergens te overheersen. Een zeer goed aanbevolen wijn van La ferme Saint Pierre. Roi Faineant 2022 Heerlijke volle wijn. Genoten van deze avond!

04/04/2024: Relative artisanal bakery because yes the bread is very good and artisanal, however the pastry is industrial and disappointing. You might as well buy in supermarkets...

29/07/2024: Sincèrement je n'avais jamais goûter une pizza aussi ignoble et horrible de toute ma vie... pâte à pizza congelée car la pâte se détacher en feuilles en refroidissant et pour couronner le tout, manque de goût et de garniture pour le prix 10€ en moyenne. A fuire...c' est juste un attrape touristes. Et c'est peu dire.

12/10/2024: Classique mais efficace. J'ai apprécié les soupes et personne ne s'est plaint de son plat. Les gens ont le sourire et on s'y sent bien.
