30/03/2024: To make a pizza, nothing could be simpler and better at home. The dough is too soft, too bad. You need to use more fine semolina so that it is crispier. T00 or 45 flour, olive oil and sourdough, a pinch of salt. This is how I do it and 1 to 2 hours of rising and garnishing as desired.

30/03/2024: Restaurant that deserves to be full every evening! Very warm welcome, fast service and very fresh and delicious cuisine. I forgot to mention that my daughter couldn't eat coriander, the dish went straight back to the kitchen and came back without any aromatics and with a surplus of sushi. It’s so rare to have this kind of attitude that I congratulate this young and dynamic team

Very good.
The one with vegetables in particular, they are fresh and cooked, this is not the case in all pizzerias so thank you for that!
Adapts well and warm welcome on the phone for special requests.

There is no place to spend the night as such ☹️, except in the parking lot for customers.
But across the street, the whole camp lives in cars, who knows how the night would pass.

14/10/2023: Dream weekend in a very romantic setting with caring owners who know how to be present but also discreet. Very well located a few minutes from Avignon with also beautiful hikes nearby in the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Colorado Provençal. Perfect !
