18/09/2024: Very good restaurant a stone's throw from the port. Very pleasant staff and quality products. All in a vintage decor. Pleasure for the taste buds and eyes guaranteed!
12/09/2024: We went there for lunch during the week around 1:30 p.m. after a nice walk between Veillon beach and Port Bourgenay. We were very well received there and had a very good lunch, fish dishes and copious and excellent salads.
A very good time spent, accompanied by a local white wine. Perfect !

02/09/2024: As we wanted to taste oysters from a Vendée oyster farmer, we stopped at Emmanuelle and Jean-Claude Robin in La Guittière, town of Talmont Saint Hilaire.
A dozen oysters accompanied by an excellent white wine, a Chardonnay "from La Guittière" (local producer in Vendée "Domaine du Vieux Pressoir). We had a great time. We recommend this place.
Little dedication to Emmanuelle: Thank you for your welcome and complicity 😉. Failing not to have been able to taste the "oyster" crème brûlée🤣🤣🤣, the "snail" tart was excellent, 🤣🤣🤣. We will come back 😍.

20/09/2024: While passing through the region, this restaurant was recommended to us by a local shopkeeper. Wonderful discovery!!! The alliance of the north with Vendée is a very pretty marriage!!
The dishes were excellent!! We couldn't leave the region without going back a second time!!!

Une bonne adresses à tester en passant par le château de Talmont
24/07/2024: Trop cher pour un plat et un dessert ou une entrée et un plat : 22,90€ visuel agréable maïs la qualité n y est pas! Bavette demandée saignante, arrivée trop cuite et dure. La trilogie de viande est sans saveur, poulet fade. Entrée médiocre. Seuls les desserts restent acceptables. Donc addition salée! On ne reviendra pas.

In fact, the goat cheese was not very hot, the rosé was not very fresh, the dish was not very garnished and the waitress was not very friendly with her colleague whom she reprimanded several times in front of the customers, making her cry, which did not happen. not done, even at the end of the season..

29/08/2024: So, about the welcome I have nothing to say, smiling, friendly... I arrived at 7:30 p.m., 7:50 p.m. we had our drinks. Then we had to wait until 8:30 p.m. for the dish. I'm not talking to you about the dessert that we were served at 9:30 p.m. In addition, the dough on my pizza was as thin as a sheet of drawing paper. It barely tore when folding it. Anyway... Let's talk about the prices, 15€ per pizza... The children's menu is not excessive sava. But the taste of the pizza I had, sorry but I hated it.
27/08/2024: Attention waiter not busy, we went there to have a drink and eat aperitif platters and the waiter very coldly told us no even though there was still plenty of room on the terrace, it's a shame (I'm a restaurateur too)

16/08/2024: Pourquoi ne pas prendre les tickets restaurants alors que sur la porte la vignette est affichée ?
Deux choix de plats dans le menu enfant (Burger ou moules) et c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir avoir uniquement le steak haché du Burger lorsqu'on le demande.
Sinon les moules et la viande étaient très bonnes... dommage....
14/08/2024: Nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes avant que le serveur ne daigne prendre notre commande… comme si nos têtes ne lui plaisaient pas !!
Malgré notre demande expresse et répétée, la table n’a pas été nettoyée et les boissons ont été servies sur une table pas propre !
Nous connaissons le coin, car nous ne sommes pas des touristes. Nous irons chez les voisins la prochaine fois.
