01/06/2026: Quite disappointed with our visit. The waiter was smiling but not attentive, and inevitably, mistakes were made.
The wait was interminable, and the prices are exorbitant considering the quality of the food, which, while homemade, didn't live up to the price. Almost €60 for a starter, main course, and dessert including deviled eggs, leek lasagna, and crème brûlée… even in Paris, they don't charge those prices. It's a shame, but we won't be back.
25/05/2026: Excellent value for money, a delight for the taste buds, and a magnificent view of the castle. And let's not forget the quality of the service 👍🏻 A must-visit restaurant during our stays in Foix.

23/05/2026: The storefront is admittedly shabby, but don't let that put you off. The interior is warm and very clean, the Vietnamese food is delicious, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: I know this establishment very well and I've enjoyed it until the day the beef satay I was served was truly off-flavored; it smelled incredibly strong, but they served it to me anyway. After I pointed this out to the owner, who immediately reprimanded his sister in the kitchen, he returned looking embarrassed and apologizing.
The problem is, he shouldn't have served me that dish.
Since then, I only go there as a last resort. Apart from that incident, the food served is good!
I've recently started going back, and tonight (March 3, 2022) I wasn't disappointed. I think the kitchen has made some adjustments, and as a result, I'm going back regularly.
Today, January 14, 2023, we went to this establishment, and frankly, we didn't regret it. We had a wonderful meal: I had my Vietnamese salad and beef satay, and my wife had her pho with coconut pearls. The atmosphere was good, it was busy, and there were lots of takeout orders.
In short, I'll be back.
PLEASE NOTE: The restaurant will be closed for the entire month of February 2023 and will not reopen until March 1st, 2023.
Today, February 14th, 2026, this restaurant is permanently closed due to retirement.
An Indian restaurant is expected to replace it. Opening date unknown.
11/11/2025: Always a very warm welcome at Saigon City.
The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable.
I highly recommend it.
