01/06/2026: Quite disappointed with our visit. The waiter was smiling but not attentive, and inevitably, mistakes were made. The wait was interminable, and the prices are exorbitant considering the quality of the food, which, while homemade, didn't live up to the price. Almost €60 for a starter, main course, and dessert including deviled eggs, leek lasagna, and crème brûlée… even in Paris, they don't charge those prices. It's a shame, but we won't be back.

25/05/2026: Excellent value for money, a delight for the taste buds, and a magnificent view of the castle. And let's not forget the quality of the service 👍🏻 A must-visit restaurant during our stays in Foix.
