Furthermore, the pho soup is not traditional pho; it lacks ingredients, such as pot roast meat or beef meatballs. Most of the positive reviews are from European customers who are not fully familiar with authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

06/03/2026: The welcome is truly warm. The owner is incredibly kind. The pho-style soups are offered in medium or large sizes. He himself says, "It's filled to the brim," so size L is for those with a big appetite. The dim sum were also excellent. Rue Elie Gintrac has had a bad reputation lately, but it would be a shame to miss this little restaurant, which is well worth the trip 😊
