Arm yourself with patience and your taste buds will be delighted by the homemade spring rolls, succulent banh cuon, exceptional pork with caramel, perfectly flambéed Beef Luc Lac or other delicious fried noodles. You will not be disappointed! - Don't ask for a chicken or shrimp bo bun because they don't exist, "bo" meaning "beef", but here the dishes are authentically Vietnamese. - Don't come for the decor or to be comfortably seated, these are not the famous plastic stools of the streets of Saigon, but here the dishes are fresh and homemade.
