By my goodness, this is an escape that truly lives up to its name! 🍕🍷 We were greeted with great kindness and served with an efficiency that would put even the most efficient tavern keepers in the kingdom to shame. No endless wait: our stomachs and good spirits were quickly satisfied! And what can we say about the pizzas and the chef's specialties? Wow! They're enough to delight any epicurean's palate: generous, flavorful, and expertly prepared. In short, we left L'Escapade with happy stomachs, delighted palates, and light hearts. A truly wonderful place where the food is excellent and the service is warm and welcoming. May Bacchus bless the cuisine, and may Rabelais himself come and feast here! 🍕🍷

14/08/2026: We went there for the first time because we were going to the cinema. And honestly, we were very impressed. Pleasantly surprised. My dishes and sandwiches were generously filled, very tasty, the tenders were made with real fillets—you could tell right away. The staff was very friendly, and the place was quite clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed it. And what's more, it wasn't expensive. We'll definitely be back.

The exterior isn't much to look at, but the interior, the atmosphere, the food, and the owner are all excellent! I got to try the pide. Absolutely delicious! And the accompanying salad was just as good. The children's pizzas are the perfect size. The prices are very reasonable. In short, a place worth a visit and deserves to be better known. 01/08/2026: Having ordered takeout, I can't comment on the restaurant itself, but the owner was very welcoming. The order was ready on time (for 7 people), and the portions were generous. The couscous and the meats were excellent, no complaints whatsoever. He even took the time to call me the next day to check if everything was alright. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

We always leave feeling completely satisfied! And a huge plus for the staff: they are all lovely, smiling, and incredibly kind. We always receive a very warm welcome, which is truly delightful. 02/08/2026: Extremely slow service: we had to wait almost an hour for our food, even though we were only a table of three. The portions served were also very disappointing, with far too small servings. When we pointed out the problem, we were told we shouldn't complain because other tables had waited even longer. This unprofessional remark did nothing to address the poor service.

19/08/2026: Here's what I disliked during my disastrous visit to this terrible restaurant: limited menu choices the fried food was burnt the TVs didn't work the waitresses were unpleasant it was extremely difficult to change your order while eating the waitresses complained about customers from behind their old counter the military card discount, which applied to the entire bill less than a month ago, no longer does the toilets were filthy and have been out of order forever the presentation of the smash burger was awful; I had ground beef in my burger, not a patty, and the bun was overcooked I received Nutella Sneaker ice cream instead of Caramel Bueno, and it was already melted when it arrived I will never set foot in this fraudulent establishment again.
