24/04/2026: A very special restaurant in an intimate corner of the city center. For me, as a vegetarian, there was truly a complete menu with the most delicious and surprising compositions. They were unique and creative works of art, both for the taste buds and for the eye! My table companions, who had non-vegetarian dishes on their menu, were also delighted. Truly a hidden gem in this city. Very affordable and extremely professional in every respect.

06/04/2026: Excellent restaurant in Épinal. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant; the food was high quality and beautifully presented. The wine list is reasonably priced with a sufficient selection. The service was a little hesitant at times, but this was quickly rectified by the attentive and welcoming owner, who was present in the dining room. We highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent value.

14/03/2026: Probably the best restaurant we visited on our vacation in epinal. The plates are original, home made and big. For a higher level of cuisine, im suprised that you get a lot on your plate (lots of vedgetables to, in contrary to most restaurants in france). Unlike most high cuisine restaurants, you wont leave this place with hunger. Service is very friendly Oh and the coffee is from an italian coffee machine. Perfect!

13/04/2026: A pleasant stay, with a few minor negative points: there was no more shower gel in the bathroom, the TV was crackling, the spa area was unfortunately not very relaxing (children were present), and we were unable to enjoy the jacuzzi.

26/03/2026: The food was excellent, especially the fish terrine with fresh and delicious vegetables. The service was efficient and helpful. There was a good wine list. The location is very pleasant, right on the banks of the Moselle River.

11/04/2026: A lovely time with my two friends in La Louvière. The owner is super friendly, very welcoming, and helpful. A beautiful, cozy, and well-decorated place with vibrant colors. The colorful cuisine is so delicious (sautéed squid and shrimp)... subtle exotic flavors with a side of colorful and finely chopped vegetables. In short, impeccable service and delicious food. The rum baba for dessert was divine ❤️ Thank you for this wonderful time 👍😁

29/03/2026: We arrived by chance and were very well received; the food is simple and good, plentiful and inexpensive, perfect for a break on the way home; however, the wine was too old (Pinot Gris) and, above all, the young waitress should tie back her hair because it literally hangs in the dishes, which is a deal-breaker; the coffee was water; yes, we could have mentioned it directly, but we didn't want to make a fuss; it's good that other tourists find it worthwhile.

26/12/2025: A restaurant where you immediately feel welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is excellent and, above all, plentiful, with delicious and generous portions. A truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. A place you absolutely must visit!

26/03/2026: Upon arrival, the waiter seated us and offered us the daily specials boards. As a result, I couldn't even see the table because there were so many boards on it. I ordered a beer from L'Abbaye d'Autrey, he brought it to me and left. It arrived open, and just before serving it, I realized it was no good. I informed his colleague, who brought me the correct beer. The meal continued, and I went to pay. The bill was around sixty euros. I took the receipt and looked at it later. I noticed that the beer had been charged at €8. I wondered about the price of this supposedly locally sourced beer. My reasoning: since they opened a beer by mistake, they charged me immediately to avoid losing their profit margin. Or perhaps they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Buying their beer for €2 (excluding tax) and reselling it for €8 seems a bit pricey. If I ever go back, I'll ask them what price they charge for water.

31/03/2026: A quick stop for two on a Tuesday evening. Manon provided very professional and friendly service. We enjoyed our meal very well, as always, whether it was the salad or the burger. We will definitely be back (again).

16/03/2026: I appreciate the cuisine at this restaurant, which uses fresh, local ingredients. It's also great to be able to bring our son to enjoy the children's area without having to miss out on dining out ourselves! The only downside is that it's a bit chilly inside.

05/04/2026: Dessert? I call that leftovers! Don't choose dessert, go for the puff pastry, cheaper and better.

04/04/2026: Following a business trip, we stopped at the Office for a meal. The meals were hearty and of good quality. Furthermore, the staff were professional, friendly, and had a good sense of humor 😀.

26/03/2026: The service was perfect, the atmosphere quite pleasant, but the problem lies with the galettes. I find it a shame that they have so many (too many) ingredients. As a result, they feel heavy and overly abundant, but not of high quality, which is a pity (for example, the "seafood" galette should have either salmon, shrimp, or tuna, but not all three; it's too much, in my opinion). It's a shame because the starter was quite good. So I would say that L'Âne Bleu could benefit from using less filling on its galettes to improve the quality of the ingredients.

23/02/2026: Good crepes at an attractive price. I've been invited for lunch there several times and I'm always satisfied. To make a reservation, call after 11 am, as that's when the staff arrives!

28/03/2026: A very good restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious homemade couscous with fine semolina, tender vegetables, and melt-in-your-mouth meat... in an oriental setting. The service was impeccable, with a very friendly waitress and a fantastic owner. I highly recommend this place.
