10/06/2026: My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel for a sporting competition. We enjoyed the wellness area, the bar, and the excellent quality and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the location, the helpfulness, and the friendliness of the staff. We were also given a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money is quite reasonable. A reputable establishment where you feel at ease. The breakfast was perfect; I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

20/07/2026: Every evening, whether a themed night or just a regular evening, is always an event: exclusive, with excellent cuisine and outstanding, personal service. It's something you simply have to treat yourself to. Unforgettable every time.

13/07/2026: We were charged an extra €15 for the trolleys, which are normally included in the set menu, on the grounds that we couldn't choose more than four items each. This information wasn't provided to us beforehand and isn't mentioned anywhere. On our previous visits, this condition has never been applied. Moreover, judging from the photos published here, this doesn't seem to be the case either. We would have at least appreciated being informed before being served. When we went to pay, we were told that this restriction isn't mentioned in order to avoid upsetting regular customers, which left us even more perplexed. We understand that this change was apparently implemented following numerous instances of waste, but we don't understand this lack of transparency, which disappointed us.

12/07/2026: Absolutely flawless! For meat lovers, this is the place to be in Épinal. The quality (and quantity!) of the food is simply exceptional. The cooking was absolutely perfect, exactly as ordered. The Iberian ham as an appetizer is a must. The homemade desserts are also delicious. Beyond the food itself, we received excellent advice on wine pairings. The service is impeccable and attentive. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and friendliness. The chef came to the dining room at the end of service; it's always a pleasure to chat, he's clearly passionate about his work. Beautiful terrace. You can go without hesitation!

26/07/2026: I could have given it five stars, but the woman was nagging us, saying it wasn't convenient when we sat down to drink in the shade. The gentleman was very kind nonetheless, thank you to him, and best of luck to the woman who seemed at her wit's end. Ultimately, I'm changing my rating from four stars to two. The waitress was scolding us about tables that weren't theirs just before us. Foreign customers arrived, so we told them those tables weren't theirs and to move to the other side, but the woman contradicted us. It's fine for them, but not for us. If you don't like your job, change jobs. I read your response carefully. I understand that you're not a bar, yet you still accepted us. My only complaint is the nagging of customers. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I understand the fatigue it causes, but there are ways to speak to customers. We can't be rude to them just because we're tired. If you had said, "No, sorry, we're a restaurant, not a bar," or simply that you weren't serving, I would have understood. Besides, I thank you for serving us anyway, but in that case, the lady shouldn't be telling us to get lost because she was tired from her week. In any case, thank you, sir, for your kindness, to which I have nothing to add.

20/06/2026: I rarely write reviews, but this establishment truly deserves it. My younger brother, my mother, and I came today to try a 3 kg burger (The Ogre). The burger was delicious, made with local Vosges products, and not at all dry. The bacon, the steak—everything was fresh and tasty. Similarly, all their dishes are local and excellent. We also ordered andouille sausage with grated potatoes: it was delicious. The service and the waiters are generally pleasant, even a bit joking, but always in good spirits! A quick note on prices: on average, expect to pay between €20 and €28 per person, which is a plus for local, high-quality products. (Except for the notable case of the "anti-crisis" menu under €20, which is still an excellent way to treat yourself without breaking the bank these days.) Friends from the Vosges, come and dine here! For our part, we will return as soon as possible to eat there.

12/07/2026: I first came to have a drink on the terrace several times, and everything was fine. This Friday evening, we decided to eat there; there were three of us. But we left disappointed. First, one of the waiters, despite two reminders, kept forgetting to bring us a carafe of water. Second, a larva was discovered on the corner of my burger as soon as it was served and immediately sent back. Third, a steak ordered rare was served well-done, and a hair was found in the same burger. So, a lot of carelessness, and some doubts about hygiene... And lastly, the Nocciolata crepe cost €8.50, seriously? That's the price of a 500-gram jar in a store.

09/07/2026: A warm, professional, and friendly welcome. Furthermore, I was able to get a large table because I needed to work; for that, I thank the waiter who immediately understood. And above all, the Vosges salad was delicious.

21/06/2026: A family-run restaurant with an exceptionally warm welcome. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease, like we were right at home. The friendly atmosphere and the kindness of the staff are exactly what you'd expect from an establishment of this kind. The menu offers dishes at very reasonable prices, with generous portions while maintaining excellent quality. We enjoyed the delicious and hearty pasta carbonara. For dessert, the chocolate mousse was simply excellent and particularly refreshing during this heatwave. This is a place that deserves to be better known and more frequented. Construction professionals, truck drivers, and anyone looking for simple and hearty cuisine will find something to enjoy.

01/08/2026: Having ordered takeout, I can't comment on the restaurant itself, but the owner was very welcoming. The order was ready on time (for 7 people), and the portions were generous. The couscous and the meats were excellent, no complaints whatsoever. He even took the time to call me the next day to check if everything was alright. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
