16/08/2024: Very good pizza. The Vosges region is not very welcoming like Alsace. Tourists are not well regarded.

20/09/2024: We had a good time, the local products are excellent, dogs are welcome (a plus for us) young but very competent staff. Blueberry ice cream is delicious 👍 I recommend.

Sorry dear sir, I am a customer... came with her father, her daughter, her cousin, her husband and friends. You must have responded on ******, a site that I deleted due to its uselessness. Unfortunately the ***** is mainly practiced by you yourself in this case because you are incapable of recognizing the wanderings of your establishment. And yes dear sir, a little humility and questioning would do you the greatest good. As for the use of a certain number of inelegant words, other commenters will understand what your sad state of mind is. A word to the wise.... In April 2022 After having loved it twice, we returned there, sure to have a good time. Nope. Distressingly negligent service, dishes arriving cold or even uncooked, the waiters don't care, the table next to us reported the same problem, same reaction: none. A COLD soft-boiled egg with COLD snails is disgusting and above all indigestible. Thank you for the catastrophic dinner at a crazy price for this poor quality. Being a chalet with beautiful decor does not allow you to serve such cuisine. Ashamed. 20/09/2024: I booked for a birthday. I mentioned that we really liked the view and the sunsets. We were seated perfectly, both facing the view. 18/12/2024: Une balade en montagne faisant une boucle au départ du Collet passant par le refuge du Sotré qui devait se faire en raquette, mais qui finit à pieds par manque de neige au départ... Après une belle montée qui m'a bien essoufflé, le Sotré a bien porté son nom de refuge, car se fut un bonheur pour moi que de pouvoir reprendre mon souffle au chaud et dans un confort montagnard si accueillant. Le personnel était fort sympathique. Nous avons repris des forces en dégustant l'assiette du Sotré et du courage en savourant leur spécialité de dessert : la forêt noire revisitèe. Si vous m'aviez déjà lu dans d'autres commentaires, vous savez que je ne suis pas fan du "revisité", mais là, j'avoue avoir été bluffé, car un dessert comme celui-ci, on s'imagine en trouvé dans un restaurant classé plutôt que dans un refuge, quelle merveilleuse surprise !!! Tant de délicatesse gustative nous a donné du baume au coeur et nous sommes repartis plein d'entrain pour le reste de la balade :-) Bravo Le Refuge Du Sotré :-)
