09/08/2024: Very disappointed. Online reservation for August 9, 2024 and restaurant not open and no message canceling my reservation. On Google described restaurant being open.

22/07/2024: Cet établissement a un gros problème de gestion de uber eats et de livreurs incompétents. Ne pas commander. car c'est une vraie arnaque.

24/07/2024: I think S C probably went to the wrong restaurant. His opinion does not correspond. The chairs are quite comfortable, the dishes are varied and excellent, the prices are fair, and the owner and staff are very friendly. A cocktail is offered. Pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant.

13/12/2024: We had two happy meals at the drive-thru... a unique experience, never to be had again. In addition to a long wait at the terminal, we were told that there were no more toys... so we had the same book twice, which is nothing compared to the cheeseburgers we got discovered once we arrived at our place! The latter did not have steak (photos supporting), which boiled down our children's hamburgers to two slices of bread, a slice of cheese and a layer of ketchup. I've never seen this anywhere else... avoid it!

12/12/2024: Ashamed! The notions of business sense and customer relations are completely absent at Mc Donald's Achères! No consistency between them. I asked if it was possible to buy a toy alone, the person at the checkout said yes. When it's time to pay, his manager sitting behind me, her nose on her computer, calls him and whispers behind my back! In the end the person at the cash register tells me that she can't have her colleague say that I have to pay for the Happy Meal menu. Scandalous for a manager not to take responsibility and prefers to hide behind her computer and send her colleague. What a cruel lack of professionalism! I travel often and this is the only McDonald's in France to refuse this. Run away before you even park.
