The hotel is well located, and parking isn't too difficult. The room was small but cozy. The bedding was a bit soft, but fine. The reversible air conditioning should be turned off as it's incredibly noisy. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection.

A bit old-fashioned but does the job

Very well located in the center of Vichy and a very friendly welcome. The room was very pleasant, but the bathroom was a bit small. Thank you to the team and Happy New Year 2026!

Hotel well located in the city center; however, it's right on the street and poorly soundproofed. The room was small, with no storage (shelves) for clothes, just hangers. The bathroom was cold (in January), and the small electric heater was ineffective. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

We received a very warm welcome at the spa, which was truly wonderful and very relaxing. The service was absolutely top-notch; I highly recommend it.

Breakfasts are distinguished by their quality and generous portions. The cuisine, both understated and perfectly executed, demonstrates a true art of hospitality and irresistibly makes you want to return. An exceptional address in Vichy, which has established itself as a benchmark.

Hotel close to the city center. Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The only downside was the lack of access to the spa on December 31st. We were disappointed as this was one of our criteria for choosing this hotel.

Very good hotel, this is the 3rd time we have stayed here and we are very happy with everything, including the meals.

The hotel is very well located, the welcome was warm, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was generous. We also enjoyed the brasserie for our evening meal. We will return.

The rooms are small but well-equipped and the bedding is very comfortable...it's very well located in the heart of the city, so it's noisy...
