Very well located hotel, welcoming, kind and attentive staff. The bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast generous. If you come with a dog, he will be well pampered 😊 I highly recommend this hotel Please note: there is no parking but it is possible to park nearby in the green zone and for free, 10/15 minutes' walk away depending on the location.

No nights spent the price does not fit into the budget! But superb building

Nice welcome, smiling and very helpful, cozy place, close to everything in the city center and you feel at home.

Hotel very well located, you can do everything on foot. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Maïté, business leader as one would wish for in all sectors. Very professional, always finds a solution. Services, spas, treatments, breakfast and catering: everything ok for me. Room a little small when you stay for a week or so but it was very quiet. At the same time, I wasn't there that often, as the weather was nice... Only small downside: no parking/but the post office one is very good. I would definitely come back, especially for the treatments and the spa, and to see Vichy all renovated!!

Small, charming, clean hotel with very comfortable bedding! The room has been nicely renovated and the staff are welcoming. We will be happy to return on our next visit to Vichy.

Very nice little hotel, you feel very comfortable there. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast very good. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable. A queen size bed with memory foam and feather pillows of your choice. We took a room without air conditioning on the 5th and top floor so it was very pretty and quiet because there was no one above us. On the other hand, it was quite warm at night. We had to open the windows a few times and quite early in the morning we could hear vehicles passing in the street. This is the only slight drawback.

Old hotel in the city center. A refresh wouldn't hurt, especially in the games communities. Rather pleasant SPA, private by reservation. Air conditioning in common areas would be a plus, given the temperatures in the corridors on the 5th floor to enter rooms where the air conditioning works perfectly.
