Always a pleasure to come to this restaurant: beautiful dishes, beautiful setting, discreet but friendly service and a sommelier offering very beautiful pairings allowing us to discover wines off the beaten track.

Our visit yesterday to Restaurant 1741 was a culinary delight in an absolutely comfortable atmosphere. The Michelin-starred "1741" is located in the heart of the old town, opposite the Palais Rohan. Everything was perfect – a friendly welcome from restaurant manager Michael Wagner – excellent gourmet cuisine by Jérémy Page – and excellent, friendly, and competent service. We ordered the 5-course menu with matching wine pairings. The gourmet cuisine impresses with the finest ingredients and perfect presentation on the plate – a feast for the eyes and palate. The wine pairings were very fitting and harmonious. A relaxed and tranquil atmosphere prevails in the various salons of "1741." The excellent, attentive service looked after us perfectly. We were thrilled and will be back!

Our party of six celebrated a special evening at this restaurant. We chose the 7 course dinner menu. The service (as expected) was top class. The wine selection for each course was very good with in-depth regional information provided about the wines. The food was wonderful and bought out at a really comfortable pace. We were seated in an upstairs corner with fabulous views of the canal. We enjoyed our dining experience here and had a great night celebrating.

A real treat from start to finish! Excellent restaurant! The dishes are tasty, well presented and prepared with fresh produce. The service is attentive, fast and always with a smile. The atmosphere is pleasant, whether for a dinner as a couple or a meal with friends. You can feel the passion in the kitchen and in the dining room. An address that I highly recommend and where I will return with great pleasure!
