A refined and intimate dining experience with impeccable service, great food and a calm atmosphere. Tables are nicely spaced for privacy. The 7-course menu with 5-wine pairing was fantastic. Loved it!

Dinner with friends (4) last night. Absolutely flawless. A superb seven-course meal, both in taste and presentation. All this in a wonderfully cozy atmosphere with an extremely friendly waiter. We've been several times already, and each time it's a delight. Thank you to the whole team for maintaining such high quality over time!
We were with a person in a wheelchair, for whom access was easy!

From the moment I entered the restaurant, the experience was incredible. The servers were attentive, efficient, and friendly. The food was impeccable. Each dish was unique and delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was magical. And all this in the heart of the Quai des Bateliers—a perfect location!
I highly recommend it to those who appreciate fine dining.

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant, which I'd had my eye on for years in Strasbourg, was perfect for our end-of-year company dinner.
The meal was flawless; the menu was refined and the service impeccable.
Unfortunately, I can't give it a higher rating because the person who accompanied us throughout the meal described it as "a real shame" (and I quote) that our manager presented them with a predominantly female staff. It's a real shame for an establishment of this caliber, and it dampened my enthusiasm from the outset, even though we were really looking forward to sharing this meal together.

The seven-course menu was truly excellent. Naturally, the price reflects this. When you see the portion sizes, you might think it's going to be small, but by the end of the meal, you're completely full. Regarding the wine pairing, the timing isn't perfect; the glass often arrives after the food, and since there are only a few bites per plate, you've often almost finished your meal by the time the wine arrives. Special mention goes to the truly excellent bread, which almost makes me want to drive from Strasbourg to… (oops, I've forgotten the name of the village where the bakery is located).
