Au Pont Corbeau sur Strasbourg

We loved this winstub. The food is truly excellent. We ordered (for three people) snails, calf's head in vinaigrette, sauerkraut garnie, and roasted pork knuckle. Everything was superb, and the portions were very generous. We found the price very reasonable given the quality. The waitresses—we were served by the two youngest girls—are incredibly efficient and friendly, which is quite an achievement in such a bustling restaurant where they have to serve so many people in such a small space. They never lose their smiles! As I mentioned, this place, despite being noisy and having limited space—you'll most likely have to share a table with other diners—is absolutely worth it and has a lot of charm. A truly authentic and highly recommended spot. Reservations are essential.

A lovely, particularly welcoming restaurant with excellent cuisine: exceptional foie gras, incredible crispy pig's snout, and a surprisingly light and delicious Haut-Kœnigsbourg dessert. Reservations are highly recommended!

First of all, a huge thank you to the entire team who do a fantastic job, especially for their warm welcome. The waitresses were very friendly and pleasant, the service impeccable, the atmosphere very welcoming, the decor extraordinary, and the food excellent. My dish was delicious, a real treat for the taste buds. I don't regret going and I would gladly return. Once again, the team was top-notch. A great restaurant that I highly recommend.

Really nice dinner experience. We had the choucroute garnie: everything was delicious, the different sausages and others were superb. Definitely a place to go for authentic Alsatian fare.

A very pleasant setting. I tried the ham hock on sauerkraut on a friend's recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. I think it was the best I've had so far. The servers were friendly and attentive. The wine list was incredible. We had a wonderful evening. A few things to keep in mind before coming, which aren't negative points but are worth mentioning (there are always some picky people): it's a small place, so you're seated very close to other diners, even a little cramped. There are a few servers who have to manage two seatings, so yes, there might be a wait for service or to be seated for the second seating.
