The hotel is absolutely stunning, combining timeless elegance with modern comfort. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location on La Croisette is perfect, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and easy access to everything Cannes has to offer. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. The Carlton truly sets the standard for five-star hospitality. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Cannes.

We went to the beach club and had lunch. Our waitress Maud went above and beyond. They even spritz us with Evian during our lunch to keep us cool. The lunch was fantastic and we had the absolute best food and time. Grateful for phenomenal service 🥰🥰

We stopped by for an afternoon drink while strolling through Cannes, and it ended up being one of our favorite stops. The staff warmly welcomed us into the hotel and escorted us to the beautiful garden patio, even though we weren't staying at the hotel. The cocktails were some of the best I had during my trip, and the service was friendly and attentive. I'd definitely recommend stopping by for a drink if you're in the area!

We stayed at the Carlton Cannes, for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel beautifully combines its historic elegance with modern comfort, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the beach staff, was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a great variety of high-quality and delicious options each morning. We also especially loved the charming garden area at the back of the hotel, with its small gazebo-like seating spaces. It was peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to relax away from the crowds. The private beach service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and having a sandy beach was a huge advantage, especially since many beaches in Cannes are pebbled. It made our beach experience much more enjoyable. Overall, our 4-night stay was truly unforgettable. The elegant atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Cannes. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return soon.

We had a lovely time here. Location was great, easy to access by car. Room was comfortable, although not spacious, but enough. Bathroom space was quite large, we really liked it, water temperature and pressure were also good. Breakfast was really good one, variety choice. Foods quality were excellent. Staffs were great, excellent service.

An exceptional place. A magnificent site which, after a few years of closure, has been completely renovated. The lobby is majestic with its chandeliers, high ceilings, and marble. The staff is incredibly attentive. Friendly and smiling! The breakfast is enormous but a bit pricey at 54 euros. In any case, in this category, all prices are high. I treated myself to a Coca-Cola at the bar for 14 euros. Served with olives, crisps, and cashews. The room was comfortable. The bed was enormous. Thick carpeting on the floor. Bathroom with shower and bathrobes. Numerous toiletries were available. Around 3 p.m., they leave some homemade treats for you to enjoy in your room. They prepare you for the night before you go to sleep by making up your bed, closing the curtains, and placing a small bottle of water on your bedside table. And, if you please, your pajamas folded at the edge of the bed! I was lucky enough to have a sea view. There's an outdoor (heated?) infinity pool in the central garden. Inviting sun loungers surround the pool. Soft background music plays, and the garden is beautifully decorated with greenery and relaxation areas. And above all... lots and lots of marble. An exceptional place. After that, it's hard to go back to normal life!

From the moment she arrived, every detail was handled with such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality—it truly felt exceptional. What stood out most was the team’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness. They went above and beyond to make her birthday feel incredibly special, with so many personal touches throughout her stay. Even her housekeeper wished her a happy birthday, which speaks volumes about the culture of the hotel and the level of care across every department. The service felt seamless and deeply personal at every turn. It’s rare to find a property where every interaction feels so considered. A truly memorable stay, and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated and genuinely warm experience on the Riviera.
