One evening we ate Galette and Tartiflette, which were so good that we went back to try the Raclette, which was also very good. Recommended if you're passing through Saint-Gervais.

Every year I come to St. Gervais and organize a family dinner at the 4 Épices restaurant.
I swear by this place because of the owner's kindness, the impeccable service, and the consistently pleasant atmosphere. Not to mention the food, which is absolutely delicious. Caesar salad, diot sausage risotto, steak tartare, burgers, and desserts to die for: crêpes Suzette, French toast, and reimagined profiteroles that make your mouth water the moment you arrive! Guaranteed satisfaction every time!

We had an amazing dining experience! We ordered the risotto, beef tartare, and a burger, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavours were perfectly balanced, and everything was beautifully presented.
The restaurant itself is stunning, with a cosy and elegant atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. If you're in the French Alps and looking for outstanding food, beautiful interiors, and exceptional service, this place is definitely worth a visit. We can't wait to come back!
