Restaurant Le Serac sur Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains

07/08/2026: A fantastic spot in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains! Rond de Carotte is a wonderful discovery. This establishment offers brunch, lunch, dinner, coffee, and even a wine cellar: there's something for every moment of the day. The staff is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and discreet, yet quick and efficient. As for the food, everything is expertly prepared: refined and varied dishes, cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and always with a touch of regional flair. Special mention goes to the excellent value for money, truly outstanding for cuisine of this caliber. This establishment can easily compete with more upscale restaurants. Be sure to book ahead, as it's a victim of its own success! A place I wholeheartedly recommend, and where we will gladly return.

07/08/2026: A decent international restaurant, offering a limited selection of dishes, but with a wine list that's almost too extensive. The preparation and ingredients of the dishes we tried were good, but overall below expectations considering the Michelin star. The presentation of the dishes was adequate. The setting is small but well-appointed in the veranda area, rather modest in the back area where I was served, despite booking a week in advance. Service, however, was prompt and courteous.
