Excellent restaurant. It’s not cheap so particularly good for a special occasion. Quiet atmosphere and prompt friendly service. The pea velouté and home made bread were really good. We had the two fish dishes (filets de vive and a carpaccio) for main course - portions were tasty and very big. The seasonal veg were nice. We would have liked to see at least one vegetarian main dish on the menu; also potatoes without lardons and the possibility of salad would have been appreciated.

A very warm welcome, a presentation of the dishes with great precision, and flavorful, sophisticated cuisine. It's a shame our budget doesn't allow us to enjoy it more often.

We chose the set menu, which was very well-balanced and delicious: the fish and meat were tender and flavorful, the sauces were delicious, and the side dishes were much appreciated. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. Thank you also for your very warm welcome. We will be back!

Gorgeous food and well selected wines served by the lovely owner and multi-lingual waiter. We were lucky enough to sit on the terrace during a warm evening with a blissful view of the sun setting on the mountains. The soufflé was a particular stand-out!

A wonderful and delicious culinary experience. The restaurant is very well located in the city center, with a terrace, in a very pleasant setting opposite the baroque church of St. Gervais.

17/03/2026: We had dinner at the Ferme de Cupelin restaurant. It was our first time there since the new owners took over. We were surprised to find a set menu of either 6 or 8 courses. We chose the 6-course option. The food was of good quality and well-presented, but we were a little disappointed with the accompanying jus and sauces, as they lacked flavor. The service was very professional, but we preferred the kindness and friendliness of the previous owners. The staff was a bit rushed. We had a pleasant time overall. In previous years, we were regular customers, but with the new management, we might not return.
