Guillaume and his team are very welcoming. We are warmly welcomed by the tasteful decor and attentive service, especially from the smiling young woman with short hair (Heloïse?). The menu changes seasonally, with creative and/or revisited dishes that are highly original. Refinement is always present on the plates, authentically and without taking itself too seriously. The meat is of high quality, especially the beautiful rib-eye steak. I've been to Comptoir 44 seven times: with my family and children, with my husband, and for business dinners. This place knows how to accommodate all of life's occasions while delighting!

09/03/2026: This is a fabulous, authentic French bistro. The setting is welcoming, relaxed and comfortable. The service was really friendly. But the exceptional part was the food. We had Moules Frites and Flemish beef stew. Both were freshly made. Both tasted amazing. Then we had Creme Brule and Chocolate Fondante, both also freshly made. Again the taste was superb. This is a very highly recommended restaurant that will give you a fabulous taste of France.
07/03/2026: Moules is fresh and good taste. I am Asian, so I would like the dish with more spice & taste.

23/01/2026: Good food at very reasonable prices. Excellent service. The only downside is the noise, but that's because it's crowded.
12/01/2026: Visiting Lille for an exhibition, we were looking for a restaurant at the last minute, near the venue, and we weren't disappointed at all… The cocktails were excellent, as was the food; the Welsh rarebit was amazing! Great waiter, cozy atmosphere, it was fantastic! Thank you so much!
