The setting is simply magnificent, very pleasant and relaxing. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Special mention for the quality of the cuisine and the truly masterful flavors 👌
The service was warm and attentive; you feel comfortable from beginning to end.
A wonderful place in Lille, perfect for a great time. I highly recommend it!

A warm, intimate dining room with beautiful exposed brick and rustic wooden tables.
A great spot overlooking a lovely area of Lille, especially if you're near the bay window. Looking forward to trying the terrace when the weather is nice.

A varied menu with vegetarian options. Reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere.
My only complaint is that my hanger steak, ordered rare, was served medium-rare.
I'll be back to try the other dishes, which look good.

I had my second dinner at Quai du Wault this evening to try the January menu. My initial impressions were confirmed: the setting is wonderful, the atmosphere is warm, the service impeccable, and the food excellent.
The new chef offers cuisine that is both accessible and refined. Furthermore, the portions are more than generous and the cocktails are perfectly crafted. As a pregnant woman who can't eat gluten, there are few places like this restaurant where I can have a choice and enjoy myself. Thank you!

We went as a family today.
Absolutely perfect. The menu was limited for some, but everything was fresh and prepared to perfection, from appetizer to dessert.
