I highly recommend this place; the welcome is always warm, and you can feel the great atmosphere as soon as you walk in! The cocktails and flambéed dishes are absolutely delicious, and the prices are reasonable for the quality! Keep up the good work! 👌🏻👌🏻

L’Etabli is right at the center of Christmas market in Obernai. With the busiest period, we were able to secure a table for 5 and enjoyed warm dinner in a 1-degree night. Their main dishes are the tastiest, we tried pot roast mix of meat/potatoes/carrots/sauerkraut, spaetzels in different white sauces and the grandmere one, and Munster flat pizza. For dessert, frozen nougat stood out, but also their praline is not to be missed. We had a lovely time together here.

We stopped by for a short break during our visit to the Christmas market. We wanted to try some local food. The setting is very cozy and not overcrowded. A minor drawback regarding the food: the spätzle were rather bland for a slightly high price considering the taste of the dish—we were a little disappointed. The wait was also quite long to have our starters cleared and our main course brought. The service was polite, but not very friendly. Overall, we were rather disappointed.

Nice restaurant for lunch. Prices are average. The food is good but not exceptional. The service was great, no complaints at all! Perfect for a quick break.

La Halle Aux Blés

06/04/2026: We recently visited La Halle aux Blés, and the experience ended up with a weak 4 out of 5. The food was quite decent in taste, but several details let it down. The most disappointing thing was that the food was served lukewarm. When you order spare ribs, you expect them to be piping hot, and unfortunately, they were a bit off. It quickly gives the impression that the food has been sitting out for too long before being served. The salad that came with it was also a bit limp and lacked the freshness you would expect. In addition, it took a while for the food to arrive, and it makes the experience weaker when the temperature of the food is not quite there. That said, the coffee was a real boost and lifted the overall impression. It was both good and well-balanced, and the ending made the visit overall drag on. All in all, a completely okay experience with clear potential for improvement, but where the ending makes it land at a weak 4.
06/04/2026: Tourist-sized meat, like shoe leather... A waiter who doesn't take your order and forgets about you... This is the second time this has happened to me! I'll organize the group's meal elsewhere next time.
