Great bar, the atmosphere was fantastic! The bar even gave us free shots for a friend's birthday! We highly recommend this bar!

I highly recommend this place; the welcome is always warm, and you can feel the great atmosphere as soon as you walk in! The cocktails and flambéed dishes are absolutely delicious, and the prices are reasonable for the quality!

The service was impeccable and the mushroom tarte flambée with gratiné topping was a real treat; we discovered this restaurant while strolling through the Christmas market.

L’Etabli is right at the center of Christmas market in Obernai. With the busiest period, we were able to secure a table for 5 and enjoyed warm dinner in a 1-degree night. Their main dishes are the tastiest, we tried pot roast mix of meat/potatoes/carrots/sauerkraut, spaetzels in different white sauces and the grandmere one, and Munster flat pizza. For dessert, frozen nougat stood out, but also their praline is not to be missed. We had a lovely time together here.

We stopped by for a short break during our visit to the Christmas market. We wanted to try some local food. The setting is very cozy and not overcrowded.
A minor drawback regarding the food: the spätzle were rather bland for a slightly high price considering the taste of the dish—we were a little disappointed. The wait was also quite long to have our starters cleared and our main course brought. The service was polite, but not very friendly. Overall, we were rather disappointed.
