Dated rooms, decoration that leaves something to be desired, crumbs on the sofa, damaged walls and furniture etc... For the price of the room and the quality of the hotel it is far below what we expected. The hotel SPA is a real plus, very well decorated and well equipped, you feel good there. The Yonaguni SPA is simply wonderful, an experience to be had at least once. The dinner was very good but the attention given to the customers was not up to par with the restaurant. The breakfast is really high-end and very good, you don't miss anything. The staff is very polite and pleasant.

A hotel located 10 minutes walk from the city center. Very few parking spaces, around 15 spaces, with work underway to increase the number. The hotel spa is appreciable and beautiful, a hammam and sauna accessible in the basement. Beautiful rooms which nevertheless deserve a little refreshing, and especially removing the carpet on the floor. Quite old and not necessarily very healthy. This is the only negative point of the hotel. The exteriors are very beautiful. The spa with the hotel is a plus for spending a pleasant weekend in Alsace.

For a romantic weekend it's a crazy experience, a top place, especially if you take the yonispa experience as an option, going to the restaurant a real treat, I had an unforgettable time. The impeccable service, attentive, the service is well worth the price. I highly recommend....

I loved ! The hotel is magnificent, the meal excellent and the spa incredible. I went there for a short stay and I will never forget this moment: the employees take great care and especially the food is magnificent (evening menu, snacks at the bar and breakfast buffet). The spa offers plenty of space and relaxation.

I have already taken the spa + night package at the hotel several times. The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, clean. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant's food is excellent with generous quantities. The breakfast is also very good, plentiful and there is plenty of choice with cooks who can prepare omelettes and other hot dishes for you. I will return without hesitation for a relaxing break!

Night visit to the spa. Very pleasant moment, superb spa, swimming pool with extraordinary discoveries! Only problem !! The shower curtains all had some kind of pink goo between the grids! Are they washed correctly?

Hello, we had a getaway to this spa hotel, a very pleasant and relaxing time. The hotel is very beautiful, the night a little expensive for my taste though... Too bad we didn't have a place to park in the hotel car park.... The spa is incredible, very beautiful, very well designed and arranged, the lunch was very good, the dishes were fresh and self-serve (which I find good) however I just find the drinks a little expensive (5 euros per bottle of still water 500ml). We had a great time, we will come back!

Suite (119) a little old, kind of dated but ok. Excellent restaurant. Complete and varied breakfast. Kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Big plus: access to the spa.

2023 Enfin de retour au parc hôtel dObernai pour un séjour d'une semaine. Tout s'est très bien passé. Le personnel est au top et les chambres sont très confortables. Le nouveau spa il est juste incroyable et inimaginable. Hâte d'y retourner. 2024 nouveau séjour de 5 nuits. Qq soucis de réservation avec le pseudo chef de réception mais c'est un détail car nous aimons nous retrouver dans ce lieu quasiment tous les ans depuis plusieurs années ! Notre chambre au top, le bar toujours aussi accueillant et le nouveau concept piscine spa un véritable incontournable même si le tarif de 60 euros en + la journée nous paraît bien trop élevé ! Mention particulière pour l'équipe de la réception et en particulier a Catherine et Laure pour leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans problème.

Super séjour, endroit propre et reposant , bonne table, personnel très sympathique quelque soit le poste, de la réception au barman, du serveur au patron ainsi que les masseuses du yonaguni ,encore merci à Laura et Laeticia pour leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance, bravo à tous.
