The dishes are simply exceptional: fresh ingredients, perfectly executed typical flavors, and a generous portion that's truly delightful. Special mention goes to the Corsican specialties, prepared with passion and respect for tradition. The service is attentive, friendly, and offers excellent advice, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Pedru 🤌, a young trainee who I hope will become a star one day...
