An excellent restaurant in Bastia. We found everything we expect from a good restaurant: a warm welcome, attentive and friendly service, and homemade cuisine that showcases simple ingredients with great skill and expertise. The sardines stuffed with brocciu cheese were a real highlight, perfectly executed. The desserts are of the same high standard, generous and remarkably well-made. The menu is intentionally short, which is often a sign of fresh and expertly prepared cuisine. Special mention also goes to the thoughtful touches, such as the carafe of water brought to the table spontaneously, which demonstrate a genuine sense of hospitality rather than a purely commercial approach. If you are lucky enough to get a table on the small terrace overlooking the Old Port, the setting is magnificent. The value for money is particularly compelling: the quality of the food and service is outstanding, and the bill remains very reasonable, without the extra charges that sometimes unnecessarily inflate the price. A place you come to with pleasure… and where you want to return.

We had a wonderful evening at L'Epica. The waiter was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. We chose grilled sea bream and sea bass – both were scrumptious! The highlight was a table on the balcony overlooking the marina.

A little hidden away, but with a rooftop terrace and a breathtaking view overlooking the harbor. A very warm welcome. Traditional dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Excellent recommendations, making it hard to choose, but everyone will find something to their liking. Highly recommended.

We arrived without a reservation and were given a beautiful table on the terrace overlooking the harbor and the citadel. This alone was worth the dinner. Delicious dishes, served with simplicity and care. Excellent service, a very kind and smiling waiter who explained all the dishes to us in Italian. The cheeses for dessert are highly recommended! What more can I say? I'd go back to try the entire menu!

A gem with a view of Bastia's old port... Delicious food prepared by a true Bastia native and her son, who are very welcoming and attentive in the dining room... Their brocciu fritters, Bastia-style anchovies, eggplant parmesan, brocciu ravioli with mint, and a tomato sauce to die for are simply divine... In short, a must-try!

A family-run restaurant that's not immediately obvious. Dishes presented by the son and very tasty. The sardines with brocciu cheese were a real treat.
