My favorite restaurant in Pau. I highly recommend it. Top quality, homemade, it's really delicious as usual 😊 I've been coming here for 15 years with my husband and nothing to complain about as usual 🥰

Good, but everything is definitely way overpriced, from the meat to the dessert. The products are quality, but the cuisine isn't very sophisticated. €27 for a slice of rump steak is definitely a bit of a stretch. In the restaurants they've copied, fries are unlimited. Here, it's €5 and something. They've stopped offering a free apple at the end.
The service is efficient, the terrace is pleasant.
Note: the terrace is non-smoking.

With half a Côte du Rhône, I ordered four lamb chops, a cheese platter, and a strawberry tart for €68.
The meal was good, but it didn't justify the price.

A great discovery, this restaurant lives up to its reputation. Very warm welcome, great setting, we had a great time, well done! Super good meal, what a treat, all these homemade products! And the dessert menu, wow, artistic and excellent! Everything was perfect, we will come back. Just go early because no reservations are required.

Restaurant butcher caterer this is what you have passing the door of this restaurant where everything is clearly specified, no reservations and we only take groups or tables which are full thank you. And all this with the kindness of the hostess, like a mistress woman manages her establishment she invites you to your table while offering you another we have chosen the edge of the canal in a semi-glass roof!

I really like this place. This is the third time I have come there and I will return.
Small downside:
- No possibility of having green salad instead of fries as an accompaniment to the meat (or any vegetable).
- No reservation possible... Hence the 4 stars instead of 5...

Very pleasant location of the restaurant near the Gave, 10 minutes walk from the center of Pau.
A delight for the taste buds...even the wine in the pitcher is a delight 😋service
nothing to say, fast and all the staff very friendly...
Very clean.
No appointments are required so go there a little in advance to get the right tables or even in peak season.

We were recommended this restaurant in the immediate vicinity of Gave. You have to wait in an airlock because no reservation is possible. The boss was able to prepare a table for 5 people. We took an Iberian plate and foie gras to share: very good. Then the lamb chops which were excellent accompanied by a crozes hermitage. Beautiful address in Pau.
