A la pasta sur Corte

I didn't go to this restaurant unfortunately. I wanted to submit a patasciutta recipe from Saint Rita of Cascia (Sainte Rita de Marie Allain Ed. ViaRomana p.49) " () with almost nothing, wheat flour, oil from their olive trees and a little caciotta tartufata cheese (footnote: sheep's cheese with truffles), she prepared a pastasciutta which made a each time his father exclaims: "when I eat your pasta, it seems to me that angels are descending into my throat in velvet pants."

Schneller Service, und leckeres Essen zu angenehmen Preisen. Die Plätze an der Straße leiden etwas unter den vorbei knatternde Mopeds. Aber ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.
