1st vacation in Corsica.. We ate very well, very good, well-filled bruchetta toast and a well-stocked charcuterie cheese platter...pleasant waiter for a very reasonable price.. I recommend

19/12/2023: I didn't go to this restaurant unfortunately. I wanted to submit a patasciutta recipe from Saint Rita of Cascia (Sainte Rita de Marie Allain Ed. ViaRomana p.49) " () with almost nothing, wheat flour, oil from their olive trees and a little caciotta tartufata cheese (footnote: sheep's cheese with truffles), she prepared a pastasciutta which made a each time his father exclaims: "when I eat your pasta, it seems to me that angels are descending into my throat in velvet pants."
