A truly wonderful experience at Bar de la Haute Ville in Corte! An authentic and charming place where you immediately feel at home. The sandwiches were **delicious and generous**, but what we appreciated most was the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The service was truly perfect, friendly, and always with a smile. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Corte. We will definitely be back! 🏴‍☠️

We were looking for somewhere to grab a bite. The heat is really getting to us! What a stroke of luck to have stumbled upon this bar! The sandwiches are delicious, especially since they're made with local ingredients. The prices are more than reasonable, and we were seated with a pitcher of water and ice cubes in our glasses—what more could you ask for?! Thank you so much!

We were lucky enough to share a great evening with some locals on Tuesday. The terrace is lovely, located on a small square. Don't hesitate to ask the co-manager to sing you a song; he'll be happy to pull out his 5-string guitar 😉

Really delicious food. We had panini, sandwiches, and bruschetta. The bruschetta brunetta was by far the most delicious, and I highly recommend it. The service was friendly, and the food arrived relatively quickly, even though all the tables were occupied. The value for money was excellent, especially considering it was peak season and the bistro is located in the middle of a tourist area.

19/08/2026: One of the very few kind and friendly waiters I've encountered in Corsica—a rarity! The food is average, with generous portions and affordable prices. Convenient for visiting the center of Corte. Recommended!
