The locals from the upper Corrèze region had a very pleasant time at this restaurant run by the couple for the weekend. The meal was excellent, and the waitress went out of her way for her customers, as if she'd been doing it all her life! The chef even came to greet the customers in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere! I highly recommend it! Eat apples!

An excellent restaurant in Corte! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service was very pleasant and attentive, the cooking was perfectly executed, and above all, the quality of the ingredients was truly exceptional. The veal and prawns were excellent, perfectly cooked, and very flavorful. The cuisine was generous, refined, and of high quality. We had a wonderful time at U Scudella. I highly recommend it!

We stumbled upon this place and the Corsican menu caught our eye. I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant is truly worth it! The value for money is excellent! The service was quick, the welcome warm, and everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. Simple, generous, and flavorful cuisine. I highly recommend this place!

We received a very warm welcome; the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. We also had the opportunity to discover Corsican specialties, particularly with the tasting platter as a starter.

A Corsican menu for 20 euros, and even though the selection was limited, it was the first time we'd seen that in 11 days, plus a complimentary liqueur! We chose this restaurant because the lady was friendly and greeted us when we approached to look at the menu.

21/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Bar de la Haute Ville in Corte! An authentic and charming place where you immediately feel at home. The sandwiches were **delicious and generous**, but what we appreciated most was the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The service was truly perfect, friendly, and always with a smile. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Corte. We will definitely be back! 🏴‍☠️
