21/03/2026: A meal that blends regional products and Andean flavors, a truly lovely mix on the plate!
28/02/2026: An unusual restaurant. The black pork was truly delicious, but the service needs improvement. They weren't friendly at all. Our water bottle's bucket tipped over because it was a flimsy plastic bucket, and no one helped us mop it up. We practically had to beg for napkins. They forgot our daughter's cordial but not the final bill. This restaurant is typical of Cauterets: not pleasant.
