A great find! This restaurant specializes in meat. It's a shame the fries aren't homemade at this price point; you'd expect a bit more from this type of establishment. The outdoor terrace is pleasant and quiet.

Rediscovering a place of excellence. Not far from the center of Strasbourg and boasting a history of over two decades, it had been a long time since I'd eaten meat of this quality. Indeed, we often quickly forget that behind a simple label of meat, the choice of quality is made upstream, and that's where the expertise of a good restaurateur truly shines. Oh yes, and for dessert lovers, I recommend the Paris-Brest, which is often made with buttercream and, in my opinion, is rather cloying. But at the abattoir, the cream in the famous dessert is a light mousseline. I'm really looking forward to going back.

Very good, as it has been for years. But don't be in a hurry… if you don't have a set lunch menu, you really need to deliver on the à la carte menu and the daily specials. Two hours for a starter, main course, and coffee is far too long. But it doesn't warrant a bad rating. Everything can be improved when you're as professional as this family ✌️👍

Tender, high-quality meats. Old-fashioned, very family-friendly atmosphere. The chef comes to check on you and visits each table to make sure everything was alright. A must-visit.
