We've eaten at Les Trois Chevaliers several times now. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the setting magnificent: located on the Quai des Bateliers with a view of the cathedral. The cuisine is generous, offering classic Alsatian dishes, expertly prepared. The service is impeccable, with attentive and always cheerful waiters. The prices are very reasonable, much more affordable than some of the "tourist traps" on the other side of the Ill River, for a far superior experience. As a Strasbourg resident, I will continue to eat there from time to time without hesitation.
