What can I say about this restaurant... For me, it's where the best tartes flambées are! I've been going there for years, the service is always impeccable, the people who work there are all very nice, the dishes are tasty... I've been away from Alsace for a few years now, but when I come back to see my family ,I never leave without having gone to eat at the Eagle ^^

Don't go there. It will be complete. Leave room for Alsatians who want to enjoy real local and delicious cuisine. A tarte flambée treat.

The tarte flambée is excellent, the rest I don't know but really expensive for the rest noisy and it's 40 degrees too hot the default is to wait outside at the queeleu

n of the best restaurants in the entire area, but be careful they DO NOT take reservations! and around 7 p.m. many people are waiting on the sidewalk! You must therefore arrive around 6 p.m. / 6:30 p.m. to get a place at the first service. The menu offers a wide variety of excellent Alsatian dishes, and very generous desserts.

very good, unbeatable value for money, very generous, warm atmosphere. Small downside for the parking, but we have a bulky vehicle so I parked 300 meters further on in the stadium parking lot

I highly recommend this restaurant!!!! Traditional Alsatian cuisine of very good quality!! The tartes flambées are KILLER. The only downside is that no reservations are possible! Well done to the whole team and see you soon. A very delighted customer 😀!

A classic in the region for eating a good tarte flambée. No reservations. On weekends it is better to come very early, otherwise a long wait to get a table..

06/04/2025: This beautiful Winstub is faultless. A little more expensive than others, but we'll happily return! The decor is warm and inviting. The tartes flambées and other classics are generous and delicious, while the less traditional options are high-quality and delicious. And what about the desserts! Professional and pleasant service. In short, we'll be back again!
22/03/2025: Magnificent Winstub restaurant. Absolutely perfect ambiance and service. Traditional cuisine carefully crafted and delicately presented. Perfect desserts: Dampfnudel ABSOLUTELY exceptional! A cupbearer who knows his wine list very well. Congratulations to the entire team.
