Personal approach from the moment of the telephone reservation until the farewell! Our dog was welcome. We ate a veeeery delicious tarte flambé with a nice wine from Fritz Schmitt.

The best flammekueche in Alsace. Don't go if you think the others are good. Because after tasting this one, you'll never be able to eat any other without finding fault. Plus, the setting is authentic, the service is perfect, and the portions are generous. In short... You can go without hesitation.

We know why we go there… tarte flambée and pizzas 😊 They're delicious, generously topped, with a thin and crispy crust. The ingredients are top quality! It was a pleasure to eat truly good tarte flambée 👏

We had a wonderful meal! We ordered a tarte flambée for three, which we finished at home because it was so huge and delicious. The desserts are excellent too. The service was truly top-notch; the waitress was very friendly and pleasant, and she really went the extra mile. I don't really understand the negative reviews. We arrived at 7:15 pm and left at 8:45 pm, having eaten tarte flambée, salad, and desserts. I don't think that was unreasonable, especially considering they only have one person in the kitchen and one in the dining room, and their restaurant is full! Honestly, I take my hat off to them and I recommend it to families and everyone else!

We received a very warm welcome and a smile at this authentic restaurant, which mainly serves tarte flambée and pizzas. And they do it very well! Tradition, flavor, and freshness are all there, with large and generous tarte flambée! A great find that's well worth it, for locals and tourists alike! Thank you 😇

30/07/2026: After visiting the 6717, a review is in order. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, at this price point, several aspects deserve to be highlighted. Rooms There were no welcome chocolates or fresh fruit upon arrival. The room did not include a coffee or tea machine. Some tile grout in the bathroom was dirty. The light on the magnifying mirror, as well as one of the bedside lamps, was not working. Finally, both the bedside lamps and the light switches felt rather outdated for a hotel of this standard. Restaurant The water glasses used in the restaurant are branded with a local bottled water company. That would be perfectly acceptable if the pricing were more consistent with that level of presentation. The Riesling, served with a screw cap and displaying noticeable acidity, was disappointing given the region’s reputation for exceptional wines, especially considering the price, which is comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. It would also be appreciated if a variety of vegetables were offered at breakfast. Don’t be surprised if from the SPA to the restaurant, easyJet style formulas with prices everywhere will be offered to maximise purchase in a quite inelegant manner. That said, both dinner and breakfast were simply outstanding. The chef and the entire kitchen team deserve special recognition. The gardening team also deserves praise, as the grounds are maintained to an exceptional standard. Overall In conclusion, the overall quality was good, but unfortunately quite inconsistent across the different departments. Ultimately, it comes down to value for money. Considering the points mentioned above, I believe the value proposition is rather disappointing, especially when compared with competing establishments in the very near vicinity.. 04/06/2026: Fantastic hotel. Great spa area and very friendly staff. The room was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with a huge glass shower and other luxuries. Dogs are welcome, except in the restaurant. In short: Top-notch! We'll definitely be back!
