We love this restaurant! Every time we go to Alsace, we eat there as a family. The tarte flambée is excellent.

The salad was great, but the tarte flambee was a bit burned, and a bit raw on some corners. Also we had to wait a bit for it.

12/04/2026: A truly beautiful place; if you're traveling in Alsace and want to relax after a hike up Mont Saint Odile, this is perfect. Sauna and spa enthusiasts will find everything they need. The brunch is also excellent.
12/04/2026: The rooms, the restaurant, the spa, and especially all the staff—from reception to the restaurant and the spa—were absolutely perfect! I have rarely seen such attentive staff. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

07/04/2026: A very good restaurant with authentic and generous dishes. Excellent value for money and a pleasant welcome. One small drawback: the atmosphere was quite noisy during our two visits.
