15/04/2026: A regular haunt for many years. Excellent cuisine, top-notch service, a great sommelier, superb breakfast. Extremely well-maintained spa area with pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. Reasonable prices.
12/04/2026: I can't comment on the rooms, as I come here regularly for the exceptional, sensational cuisine.
The food is fantastic, so refined and perfectly cooked. Everything is presented flawlessly on the plate. It's a symphony of the senses.
The wines, naturally from the local area, are also exquisite. Top quality and very finely crafted.
The service completes the harmonious experience, making you feel like you're visiting friends.
Please keep it up and may you continue to do so for many years to come.

However, the prices are completely outrageous compared to similar establishments.
15/03/2026: As I said, the only problem with this restaurant is that the food is so good you don't know what to choose because everything looks so tempting!
The sauerkraut was beautifully presented.
The service was impeccable. I highly recommend this winstub!

20/04/2026: The setting is pleasant, but that's not enough to make up for the rest.
The service, provided by two smiling waitresses, lacked genuine attention and follow-through, leaving a rather cold overall impression.
The doggy bag concept is ill-suited to the restaurant's positioning and hardly acceptable.
The bill of €80 for two cordon bleu, a flammekueche, two fruit juices, and a whisky seems excessive given the quality of the food.
Overall, a disappointing experience, with unjustified value for money.

12/04/2026: A truly beautiful place; if you're traveling in Alsace and want to relax after a hike up Mont Saint Odile, this is perfect. Sauna and spa enthusiasts will find everything they need. The brunch is also excellent.
12/04/2026: The rooms, the restaurant, the spa, and especially all the staff—from reception to the restaurant and the spa—were absolutely perfect!
I have rarely seen such attentive staff.
Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

03/05/2026: Spa Le 1767 – Saturday, May 2nd, €99 for a huge disappointment
Visited Saturday, May 2nd. €99 for the spa + meal package: disastrous value for money.
The spa: The outdoor pool on the ground floor is tiny, no bigger than a private pool. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop, but it's the only one upstairs and it only holds 8 people. No privacy whatsoever; you're practically on top of each other. For a 4-star hotel, this is very inadequate.
The service: 6 pm, I wanted to have a drink at the bar. No one was there. I was sent upstairs: "On break, wait 20 minutes." I waited almost an hour for a drink. Unacceptable.
The meal: I asked for rosé, and they brought me red without any apology. The "meal" platter? Raw vegetables + 3 pieces of charcuterie. Not as good as a pop-up bar where it's not even their specialty. Mass-produced desserts. No wonder there's always room...
We were so disappointed that we left at 9:20 pm even though it was open until 11 pm.
For that price, head to Ribeauvillé and go to a proper restaurant afterward. Or wait for a slot at Spa Chez Julien. I absolutely do not recommend it.
03/05/2026: After-work spa day with the girls.
Special mention to the hostess at Kaly's Bar, who was smiling and very attentive despite the presence of a group.

04/07/2025: A wonderful and magical place! With its fantastic location, the hotel is a true highlight. We are thrilled. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious – especially on the sunny terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and hills!

31/01/2026: I don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but I'm sorry to say what a disappointment this pastry shop was. The doughnuts weren't fresh, they were dry and tasteless, the service was icy, the complete opposite of what you'd expect from a business. Avoid it at all costs...
18/12/2025: On our way home from our Alsace tour, which included several Christmas markets, we happened to pass by here and had the delicious daily special for lunch. Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food! 👍🏻

Nous avons été émerveillé par ce que nous avons mangé. Une finesse des plats qui a ravie nos papilles et un accueil qui fait plaisir!
Des serveurs au petit soins et un cadre sublime!
