03/04/2024: Very nice hotel! Perfect location for organizing cultural outings. The SPA is splendid and offers a range of varied treatments. Special attention to the restaurant which offers authentic and tasty cuisine.
Well done to the young sommelier who was able to satisfy our curiosity and show us around his region.

02/04/2024: Good address, peaceful place surrounded by nature. I only visited the spa and the gourmet restaurant.
SPA: It's not the best I've done, it's quite small but still very cocooning and intimate. It is very well maintained, clean equipment overall I recommend.
RESTAURANT: 10/10 we went there for the Easter meal, affordable price given the quality of the service and the dishes. Very tasty, I won't hesitate to come back. Well done

At this price, it is better to go to Yougouni, La Cheneaudiere or even Julien.

02/02/2024: Traditional Alsatian restaurant. Very good tartes flambées. Very friendly waiter. Good atmosphere.
21/01/2024: The tarte flambée was very tasty and they gave you tips for transport when you picked it up. Luckily the lady from the staff spoke English. While we waited, we drank a beer in the nice room and had a chat with a regular guest.

12/03/2024: What a welcome. Consider retiring this lady, which is well deserved given her deplorable behavior. On the side. Already not crazy at the opening in terms of quality but there after a few years. Drink level was limited because of breakup. Several people were refused at 5:15 p.m. and treated with coldness. Mm don't let any walkers in either especially since there were still a lot of pastries. In short, nothing is going well. And the taste quality has soared. In short, 2nd time we come and last. Replace this Surkirsch which serves first.
And remember to have quality infusions given the price. Of course

05/04/2024: Came with family for Easter on Sunday March 31 first for the 10 a.m. mass. Then we had a reservation for 12:00 at the Saint-Leon IX restaurant where the four of us had the special Easter menu. The dandelion salad appetizer was just delicious. The dish: 3-piece grilled lamb ribs with strong jus, herb-roasted tomatoes and polenta and pesto verde fries were good at first glance, but in the end some pieces of meat were literally raw. I even gave one of my pieces of meat to my dad. And of course the knives cut absolutely nothing. As for the polenta fries, nothing more, tasteless with no real taste. And to finish the chocolate millefeuille with its caramel sauce and its scoop of vanilla ice cream was also of little interest. The millefeuille was quite hard, even with the fork. On the other hand, the vanilla ice cream was very good.
In conclusion, beautiful presentation of the dishes certainly, but the visual was more pleasant than the taste in the mouth.🥹
Really disappointed with this Easter meal. The 48€/person really wasn't worth it. However, we have been to this restaurant several times and we have never been disappointed, except this time 😞. Not sure we will come back to eat at this restaurant.
03/04/2024: I just passed by with my loved one, my backpack and my dogs. It was great. A bearded man “showed me the way”. Fortunately, life is not a long, quiet river...

25/02/2024: We were delighted with our short one night stay. Good welcome, more than quiet hotel, clean and spacious room + incredible view from our room 😊 buffet breakfast with lots of choice and very good products. We recommend without hesitation!
11/02/2024: We had a great weekend at this hotel! The hotel is very well located at the start of all the hikes, the room is spacious, large with a beautiful view, the manager is really very kind and the breakfast is perfect!
We will recommend to our loved ones and will come back with great pleasure
