Fantastic hotel. Great spa area and very friendly staff. The room was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with a huge glass shower and other luxuries. Dogs are welcome, except in the restaurant. In short: Top-notch! We'll definitely be back!

Overall, a very good day at 6717, despite a few minor issues. The spa is large and impeccably clean. The indoor spaces are of high quality: the sauna and hammam are excellent, the relaxation room and fitness room are very clean and well-maintained with good equipment, and the sensory circuit is enjoyable. The indoor pool doesn't smell of chlorine, and a big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially the two lovely waiters and the head waiter who found us a perfect table overlooking the waterfall. A small comment about the salt cave: the music was a bit loud, and a Tibetan or Himalayan style would have been more immersive than classical music. Regarding drinks outside, the bar downstairs was completely deserted in the morning. In the afternoon, someone was finally there, but there's no direct service to guests on the sun loungers. Although everything is included in the room or pass bill, having to get up and leave the area to order yourself is a shame. This represents a real loss of revenue for the establishment, as their turnover would skyrocket if a server approached customers to offer drinks directly to their seats. The child-free concept is a definite plus, although the inconsiderate behavior of some guests (towels on the sun loungers or a lack of discretion among couples) slightly marred the tranquility of the place. Unfortunately, the experience was mixed in two respects. First, the exterior maintenance: the pool buttons were worn out with some malfunctioning features, the rooftop jacuzzi lacked comfort, and the area under the electric cover was dirty (leaves and insects). Second, the food: the salad bar was pre-packaged. Having given a week's notice due to a strict intolerance, nothing was ready. I was offered only green salad with dressing, which I refused! However, there were several condiments, cheeses, and charcuterie options, and my fish dish, while excellent, was stripped of its sauces and emulsions, leaving only simple peas in olive oil. A small gesture of goodwill regarding the extra drinks would have been appreciated. As for the Payot treatments, I didn't try them, but an intermediate option between the basic and comprehensive services would be a great idea for those on a tighter budget. The potential is enormous, and I fully intend to return, hoping that the cuisine, the ambiance, the organization of the bar service, and the maintenance will finally be up to the standard of this lovely four-star establishment.

We had a truly timeless experience at 6717 from May 8th to 9th with the "You & Me" package. The spa offers numerous areas for relaxation, as well as a sauna, hammam, swimming pools, whirlpool baths, a sensory trail (fun and unique!), aquabiking, and more. The massage (at an additional cost) perfectly complemented our spa experience. The suite was breathtaking, with an unobstructed view of the forest, very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. All the staff were welcoming, discreet, and professional. The four-course menu at the gourmet restaurant was truly worthy of a Michelin star... it was absolutely divine from the amuse-bouche to the dessert! Such mastery! A huge congratulations to the entire team! Before leaving, we enjoyed the very varied buffet breakfast. We felt completely pampered during our stay. A truly wonderful experience, flawless in every way!

Yesterday, we had an exceptional time at the spa of the 6717 Nature Hotel & Spa Le Clos des Délices. The setting is magnificent, rejuvenating, and very romantic—perfect for a timeless escape. The sensory journey is truly incredible and completely different from any other spa we've experienced. Each space is designed to provide a genuine experience of relaxation and well-being. We also absolutely loved the rooftop, which is simply amazing, with its jacuzzi and soothing view… a truly blissful moment. A huge thank you to the staff who took such good care of us throughout our visit, especially the young lady at the spa reception for her kindness and professionalism, as well as the gentleman serving brunch for his warm and attentive welcome. This surprise, organized by my sweetheart just before our anniversary, made the moment even more magical. We left with wonderful memories and the desire to return very soon!

The "superior" room we were given looked nothing like the photos on the website. The comfort and decor were far below what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The amenities and toiletries provided were also of mediocre quality (2-star level). To top it off, the view overlooked a parking lot under construction. The drinks served at the pool were dirty. Aside from these disappointing points, we had a pleasant time at the spa and the restaurant was excellent.
