24/02/2026: An unforgettable experience at Mirazur, in a magical setting between the sea and the mountains. We were fortunate enough to discover the June "Leaf" menu, a true vegetal journey, brimming with freshness, finesse, and creativity. Each dish was a work of art, as beautiful as it was delicious. Special mention goes to the parsley variation, surprising and refined, which impressed us with its creativity and balance.
We opted for **a wine pairing for one of us** and **a soft drink pairing for the other**. The wine pairings were well-chosen and complemented the dishes perfectly. Regarding the soft drinks, the concept is interesting but still under development. The sommelier, very transparent, confided that one of the beverages had been crafted that very morning—an artisanal approach that demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation. That said, in an establishment of this caliber, one can expect every element of the experience to be fully realized.
The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive, without ever being stuffy. And the icing on the cake: a photo with Chef Mauro Colagreco, smiling and approachable, which made the moment even more special.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this enchanting interlude. We left feeling amazed… and with only one desire: to return.
