I tasted the crispy pork, which was simply delicious. The harmony between texture and flavors is incredible, a regional dish with originality.
The chef kindly explained his recipe to me.
The waitresses are very friendly, and the restaurant, located in a small alleyway, gives the place a picturesque charm.

We ate there 2 weeks ago, excellent, so we're going back the next day, ditto. We say to ourselves that it's the euphoria of the holidays. . We're going back tonight...well the same. Simple menu but quality products with an incomparable touch from the chef, an address not to be missed

A great restaurant!
We tried quite a few restaurants in Ajaccio, and they were all good!
But "A Merendella"... we completely traveled! We loved it! The best restaurant we've ever had in Ajaccio!
Thank you to the young woman who looked after us, who made us feel so welcome, and keep your smile, it's a pleasure and so warm!

Excellent experience! We went with a party of 12 for a cooking class, learned a lot about local cuisine and had a great meal. Chef Lambert explained the origins of the recipes and the local food. We prepared and enjoyed a charcuterie board, appetizer and main course while sampling local white, rose and red wines.

Our first evening in Ajaccio, we wanted authenticity, and we got it.
Impeccable service (professional and welcoming even at the end of the season), the platter of the bandit, the pasta alla gritta, and the mullet carpaccio, not to mention the nectarine crème brûlée and the chocolate fondant... everything was perfect.
