very very nice culinary experience
a cuisine based on very beautiful products including rare things (grouper) and a magnificent combination based on Corsican cuisine. A big congratulations to the Chef, his brigade and the waitress in the dining room, who flits from table to table to ensure the same standard as the kitchen! to do again without any hesitation

A pure delight, no matter what you choose you will discover precisely spiced and seasoned dishes, an explosion of flavors from starter to dessert!
Restaurant in a small alley in the center of Ajaccio, the interior is simple without being sophisticated, perhaps lacking a little decoration to make the place even more welcoming.
An address to remember offering a small menu made with quality products.

The impeccable service, the dishes were just very good, everything was succulent, the pork, the sea bass and the octopus. Just a little improvement to think about, a little background music, in a precarious decoration setting 😊

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil, le service, la qualité des mets proposés, les conseils pour vin. Les assiettes sont belles et généreuses. Mais ce qui marque, c’est surtout qu’elles mettent en lumière la passion et le talent du cuisinier. Mention spéciale pour le poulpe grillé, quel délice ! Nous avons passé un moment des plus agréables.

Prenotazione rispettata, menù limitato ma ben eseguito, abbiamo provato i delicati fiori di zucchine ripieni e l'ottimo polpo ai ferri su purea di patate. Originale le ciliegie spadellate con gelato e mousse bianca.
Buon rose' , servizio non velocissimo ma cortese , speso 70 eur cad.
