Back from 6 hours of hiking we were starving. On our way appeared this pretty restaurant with a vaulted interior and a discreet musical atmosphere. After a warm welcome, we chose the Corsican formula: We had a great time!! All the Corsican trace elements were present (in good quantity) and we were immediately ready for new adventures!! (After a good digestive night of course)

We ate lunch today and found the welcome from the two waitresses to be less than pleasant. They lacked a smile and a bit of friendliness. Finally, we asked for the bill several times. In short, we wanted to have a good time, but it was a complete failure.

During each of my annual stays in Corte, I never fail to come and dine at the restaurant A Scudella, Place Paoli: Hervé the chef serves us delicious Corsican cuisine at very good value for money.
