Delicious food, amazing desserts. Friendly, attentive service and a lovely team! The ambiance is okay. We had a great live band playing in the evening. All in all, a wonderful evening. Insider tip: Gourmet Cafe for dessert—a small selection of desserts on a plate with coffee ;) Perfect!!

05/05/2026: Excellent experience! Warm welcome, attentive service, and delicious food. We learned that the chef was leaving... such a shame, we hope they find someone as talented. We'll be back when we're in the area. Highly recommended!
04/05/2026: We arrived here just before the kitchen closed, but were still able to order something. And we had a delicious meal; great atmosphere inside and friendly staff. Definitely recommended !!

29/04/2026: Le Vauban restaurant is a wonderful discovery in Normandy. It offers simple yet delicious home-style cooking, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. It's the perfect place to share a lovely time with family, especially since the restaurant is very child-friendly. The setting is also a real plus: located on the harbor, the place is charming and pleasant, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
26/01/2026: Very small but wonderful restaurant. The escargot was fantastic as was the duck and chocolate fondant. Parking is a little sparse but other than that it serves as a perfect dinner spot.
