I participated in a maki workshop! The atmosphere was guaranteed with chef Yohan! We all had a great time and the makis were delicious 😋 thank you very much 😁

Great atmosphere and lots of sharing from Chef Yo. The Lorrain pâté is killer even two days after cooking. Great welcome in a good mood. Don't hesitate, go for it!

Return of the market Little tour of the covered market with the chef who gives us very good advice on the different products, how to choose them… Back to the academy where we start cooking. In a small group, it is very friendly and warm. The chef teaches us some technical gestures, tips… And then we go to the table 😋 Very good experience, friendly time, we meet very good people… In short, I recommend

Excellent time spent with the chef. We did “Market Return”. After a quick trip to the Metz covered market to introduce us to some traders, we are at the stove to prepare our meal which we enjoy as it is prepared. Good atmosphere and the Chef at the top who puts people at ease. Great experience that I hope to repeat.

25/01/2025: Nous y sommes allé entre potes et je ne connaissais que de nom. Pas déçu pour cette première fois, les plats sont très bons, et le service sympa 😊 Et quelle vue incroyable sur le Temple Neuf ! 🤩 J’ai juste enlevé un point par rapport aux desserts : sur ceux que nous avons choisis ce n’était pas top (tiramisu, crème brûlée et cafés gourmands), c’est la seule déception. Je reviendrai mais cette fois-ci sans dessert ou juste une glace 😉
21/08/2024: L'endroit est chouette et la cuisine est bonne, par contre les prix sont vraiment très exagérés. J'ai pris le plat le moins cher, un burger poulet à 20€. À ce prix-là, frites surgelées et mayonnaise industrielle. En partant, le serveur m'a reproché de vouloir voir le prix qu'il avait tapé sur le terminal de paiement avant de passer ma carte, complètement lunaire. Bref, passez votre chemin.

21/09/2024: Update after 5 years: I am lowering my rating to 4 stars. Prices have increased, accompanied by a reduction in portions in pastries. Otherwise: Excellent pastry from Metz, an institution. Lots of people in store each time but the products remain excellent and true to their reputation.
19/09/2024: We turn a blind eye to certain salons in Metz but we forget that for quality service this is where it happens. And it's always delicious.
