We've been regulars at L'Assiette au Bœuf for several years and we're never disappointed. The best part is being able to have lunch on the terrace overlooking the Moselle when the weather is nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed your restaurant: the quality of the meat was excellent, the burgers were superb, and the all-you-can-eat matchstick fries concept was a great idea.
However, I think it would be interesting to offer other potato dishes as an alternative to fries. There are so many delicious options: roasted baby potatoes, sautéed potatoes, baked potato wedges, gratins, homemade mashed potatoes... This would provide even more choice and better showcase your excellent meats.
This is simply a suggestion from a satisfied customer, with the aim of making this already excellent restaurant even better.

A first for me, I didn't know the concept at all, everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service, it was very good, I had the beef paradise, tiramisu for dessert, not too greasy, it went down well.

Warm welcome, superb location, very good food, friendly staff. My only small suggestion regarding the downstairs terrace: perhaps a little more space between the tables would be more pleasant. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
