A Parisian story...a real bistro as we like it. From the little cream to the end-of-day drink, including the dish of the day...we love coming back. I recommend especially for the personalized welcome.

31/03/2024: Reservation required. You can communicate in French, or Japanese. It is hard to get connected on a call during their business hours. I highly recommend to make a phone call between 10AM and 12PM. There are only one course and drinks on the menu. Non-alcoholic drinks are only still water and sparkling water.
29/03/2024: An intimate and discreet gastronomic restaurant by a Japanese chef, formerly of Ambroisie, who does honor to Mr Pacaud's cuisine. On the menu, fish cooked just right, beautiful combinations of flavors and magnificent sauces Impeccable, discreet service

31/03/2024: Service here is excellent! We didn’t like the pork dish but enjoyed the rest. The location is wonderful just in front of place des vosges. I recommend reservations, as we ended up eating dinner outside but it was a bit too cold. Inside the restaurant seemed very cozy and I wished we called in advance to book a table.
