Excellent find. Nothing to complain about. Oh yes! It was excellent and inexpensive! The chef is lovely. I'll be back for my next delivery! In the photos: tuna tartare and pan-fried trout Beautiful presentation Well done, Chef! Another visit this week. Excellent value for money. The chef is as friendly as ever. See you next time!

Upon entering, you'll find cloth tablecloths and napkins. That's becoming rare, so bravo. The lunch is very fine and plentiful. The owner's welcome is very pleasant and the setting is lovely. If I come back, I'll definitely go back, despite the huge selection in the city.

We came at the beginning of August during our stay in Angoulême. The restaurant had been recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Excellent value for money, especially with the daily menu. The staff is super welcoming.

Very good restaurant in a quiet location where you can eat outside. The staff is excellent and attentive. The lunch menu is truly delicious, with excellent foie gras, pollock, and popcorn mousse. I recommend this restaurant.

27/09/2024: The soul of France is here, ladies and gentlemen!! And the chef is a genius. Meats cooked over a wood fire to “Perfection”. No fuss! Here you come to eat and not to look at your neighbor name of D….! The service is perfect! Everything is rolling! The girls are impressive. I say yes!👍

14/12/2024: This is the second time we have come to this restaurant. The food is very good and the service is good. The prices are very reasonable and the plates are very generous. I doubt the authenticity of the negative comments that I read before coming.
13/12/2024: I ate with my daughter 2 days ago and it was a pleasant experience. For my part, we took a plancha with prawns, scallops and fish. What a delight and as much as you want. My daughter tasted tartare, beef and duck and this tasting was a nice surprise. To do again.
