At Alfred's, the products are excellent, beautifully prepared... subtle yet simple, everything I love! They offer great wine recommendations and a chic but relaxed atmosphere; it's always a pleasure to return, especially in the warmer months.

One of the best restaurants in Clermont-Ferrand, if not my absolute favorite! I've been going there regularly for almost five years now, and it's a real pleasure every time. I've never been disappointed. The dishes are prepared with great care and creativity, using local and seasonal produce, which makes all the difference. The fish is particularly well-cooked, the sauces are excellent, and the seasonings are always perfectly balanced. I also appreciate that the restaurant offers a vegetarian menu, which is a great option for vegetarians, and not just an afterthought. The wine list is also very impressive, with a strong focus on wines from the Auvergne region. The sommeliers are very knowledgeable and can guide you perfectly to find the ideal pairing between food and wine. It was also in this restaurant that I discovered chestnut kir, a truly delightful surprise that I highly recommend trying! A must-visit address in Clermont-Ferrand, which I recommend without hesitation!!

A fantastic evening at Alfred's, as always. We've been going to this restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand for five years now and we still love it. The cuisine is inventive and refined. The menu changes with the seasons and showcases fresh, local produce. Rémi is always very helpful in finding the perfect wine to complement the dishes. Go there! The only risk you'll run is getting used to good food!
