The only downside: they're closed for part of August, so our friends from Nantes visiting Auvergne won't have the great opportunity to experience these two passionate and talented restaurateurs! A very pleasant evening here, in this restaurant not far from the fine dining establishment, with its Volvic stone vaulted ceiling. We chose the "SAVEURS" menu, the most expensive at 48 euros. It's a six-course tasting menu, with cheese and dessert. Here, it's less expensive than some fine dining restaurants, and the food is delicious, so that definitely counts. A very smooth, beautiful, and flavorful house aperitif. Organic wines by the glass. The waiter presented each dish with a memorized script and excellent professionalism. We were just a little rushed towards the end; we felt they needed to speed things up. But I assure you, the dishes are magnificent and delicious! My review was blocked, which is why it's only appearing now, even though we visited in 2024.
