Ambrosia, an old institution in Tarbes, but which cannot recover the star lost a long time ago. The setting is always cold, soulless and the decoration from another era. The food is good but it lacks that little something extra to make it special.
Disappointment for me.

We took the tasting menu and enjoyed fine and tasty refined cuisine and great products (foie gras, lobster, etc.). Everything was perfect. A beautiful wine list at all prices. The house is relaxing and comfortable as well as the very friendly welcome from the owner. We loved it, it's one of the best gastronomic restaurants in Tarbes. We will come back very soon

Very nice discovery for a very pleasant dinner on the terrace around succulent and refined dishes, from appetizers to desserts, everything was perfect!!!!
Very friendly service, with the arrival of the chef, who came to chat with us, making this place a very good address!!!
