23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Tarbes! I had the opportunity to have lunch at L’Ardoaz for a business meeting and I had a fantastic time. The food is entirely homemade, the menu is carefully curated, and the daily specials are very tempting. The staff is dynamic, professional, friendly, and attentive. A pleasant setting, a lovely atmosphere, and quality cuisine: everything was perfect for a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
