Ammazza sur Paris

04/12/2024: For a first experience in this restaurant, the cuisine was exceptional, the dishes, nothing to say, the service was great and the atmosphere at the bar was great. A very good time, gives a very large table. THANKS.

27/11/2024: Completely loved this more relaxed but amazing culinary experience. We did the full tasting, but ordered our wine à la carte, with a burgundy first and a Bordeaux second. The wine list is a treasure! Tasting menu was incredible. In asking my family what they liked of the tasting menu, the answer was “everything” (even my ten year old. Top picks were: venison with foie gras which was incredibly balanced and perfectly prepared. Orzo with osetra and bone marrow - delicious balance again with just a little sharpness of Parmesan to provide a base for the bone marrow and caviar. Fish course was really excellent - creamy base with a gorgeous piece of sole. I can’t say enough. We plan trips around Michelin starred restaurants and Pavyllon was supposed to be a downtempo night, but it has been the star of our trip to Paris.
