Amazing pizza in the heart of Paris 11ème! Ammaza serves up some of the best slices I’ve had, and the Margherita DOP is an absolute must-try—fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and that perfect crispy-yet-chewy crust. Great terrace, super friendly and smiling staff! We had tapas to share, then a pizza for 2 and 2 spritzes, excellent, I recommend it!

Excellent value for money. Not a huge selection, but everything was good. The pizzas were incredibly fresh with a thin crust, just the way we like it! The desserts could be better (except for the Nutella pizza, which was perfect!).

The Neapolitan-style pizza was okay, better than many pizzerias in Italy. The pasta was a bit disappointing. Overall, a great place, but it's a shame it's too hot inside.

26/06/2026: Excellent sandwich for our first meal in Paris. It was simple but still a little overwhelming for ordering and they got a good laugh when I asked for arugula and roquette. Portions were generous.
25/06/2026: The products (cheeses, cured meats, taralli) were of good quality, but the prices become high as soon as you don't order a sandwich. The arugula leaves, visibly wilted, were swimming in mozzarella water. Fortunately, the Datterini tomatoes somewhat redeemed the dish, but €14 for this salad is frankly expensive. As for the chocolate cake, it was nothing special. A mixed experience, then. A shame.
